Simplified model, not venue accuracy
The calculator models a simplified linear USD/USDT-margined isolated perpetual-style position. It does not reproduce every exchange, broker, protocol, contract, or account rule. In particular, it excludes inverse and token-margined contracts, cross margin, portfolio margin, maintenance tiers, mark-price rules, live funding, slippage, liquidity, partial execution, auto-deleveraging, and venue intervention.
The simple margin-exhaustion boundary and optional illustrative isolated-margin boundary are not liquidation-price predictions. A real position may be closed earlier, later, partially, or under different rules.
Inputs and estimates
Prices, fee rates, funding rates, intervals, margin assumptions, and account equity are supplied by the user. The site does not verify them against live market or account data. Estimated funding uses entry exposure as a constant base; actual venues can use different bases, timings, caps, and transfers.
Displayed precision does not create market precision. Decimal arithmetic avoids unnecessary intermediate rounding, but the result remains an estimate under the stated assumptions.
